I love M. Night Shyamalan movies. And this one is no different. I know there have been a lot of bad reviews out there but I couldn't agree less. I think it's absolutely wonderful.
It's a fantasy film, not a scary one, about people finding their true purpose and how that can help to save the world. It's an incredibly hopeful movie. You hardly see that anymore. And it's so well made. I wish I was that talented. I wish I knew what my purpose was but I don't. I guess you're not supposed to but it'd make me feel better if I did. All this waiting around to be whoever it is I'm supposed to be is getting old. And so am I.
